The Cetus Defence Fleet was formed for one, rather obvious purpose - to defend Cetus. However, it was ended in the Third Age due to Sketco The Raven's assasination. It was subsubsequently reformed, with a new logo. The fleet has recently been permanently disbanded by Shrapnel Hunter, but is still there for someone to reform it - to pick up a galactic pen and write another chapter in the history of the fleet.
