Beginnings
Created in 7154.71, the Danis Fleet became the first branch off of the Danis Republic. Charged with the protection of the homeworld, Cpt. Og Killa first began the Danis Fleet, followed shortly by resourceful Cpt.=== and intuitive Cpt. Puzzle. As they are still a young fleet they have not yet declared their alliances, although they are most definitely a defensive fleet with no known desire for any offensive movements into occupied Altian space. They were soon joined by the fiery Cpt. Espionage24. They would later be joined by a young-ace, pilot by the name of Jeremyhk and the tactical Cpt. Anza.
The Great Shift
The Danis Fleet went through a rapid growth of sector control under the guiding hand of Cpt. Og Killa. They now control a few pockets of sectors throughout the Northwest and made plans to grow even further. These plans, however, were stiffled as their greatest support, the Danis Republic was overthrown and turned into a council casting doubt on the loyalties of many. With the disbanding of the Republic many brother's-at-arms left to join different factions, while a few turned to the Danis Fleet. Where the ex-Danis republic officers now stand is in question. The Danis Fleet is bound by honor to protect the citizens of Danis, no matter who runs their government. They will always have the people's best interests in mind.
Expansion
In part due to the Great Shift, the Danis Fleet went through a phase of economic stasis. In order to jump start the fleet, Vice Admiral Puzzle and Commander Anza sought to create break-off factions to better support the Fleet. How the Danis Council will play into these recent movements is confusing as it has been functionally inactive.
