Faction

A Faction is a Player created group of players, usually making a living doing the same business. Factions can Control Sectors, assign Ranks, edit Dues and more.

Joining a Faction

Typically, to join a Faction you just have to ask the player in charge (sometimes the two ranks below them can also invite you) to send you an "Invite". Although most factions are this way, others have requirements like Activity, knowlege of the game, skill, wealth and more.

Recruiting

Typically, a faction recruits new members by contacting players that appear on the New Players List or by contacting active members they run across in their business travels. They also sometimes post it on the [forum]
