Gold ore. The shiny, malleable substance that has been fought over for centuries. In these times, gold is used less for jewelry than as a basic conductor for nearly every electronic device, or as money that powers the Chosen economy. The ore is found in asteroids that are nearly depleted, and is significantly more rare than others such as iridium. Gold ore can fetch a price of nearly 50,000 Credits on most Planets.
