Chandler grew up on Ceti the son of a jet cycle repairman, where he learned how to make the fastest racers out of the worst parts. He had a need for speed that manifested in professional cloud-racing, and he won the 'Cumulo-Nimbus 5000' three out of four years.

He parlayed his winnings into a state-of-the-art GN-312, but only for its speed. A peace-loving man at heart, Chandler uses his trusty 'Blue Streak' to convey goods from station to station, blasting his afterburners at every opportunity.

He has joined the Dionis Nebula Mining Fleet in order to use his skills and ship to their utmost.
