Points
From Chosen Space Wiki
Points are very important in the game and can be considered a second currency or resource. Points are needed for most Upgrades or Starship purchases. Points are given at a rate of 96 per 24 hour period, but there are other ways to earn points.
Earning Points
- 120 points are given every 24 h (or 5 an hour)
- Vote for the game in the Voting section
- Points Market at the forum
- Points Market in-game on the Points section
- Refer new Players for 100 Points
The Points button on the bottom menu bar displays your referrer ID and other ways of gaining more points. It will also allow you to turn points into credits (you must have 1000 points before you can offer any for sale).
If you go into the Points section of the Game there is the options to buy and sell Points. This is an escrow system so when you put Points up for sale they are taken and held until they are sold for the price you set or you cancel the sale. There is currently a limit (You can buy between 100 and 800 Points a day based on how many times you Vote) on the number you can buy to stop the Points being hoarded by the richer Players
Donating
You can also donate real life money (using PayPal) to the game in return for points at the following rates:
