History
Sigma has always been a prosperous and influential planet located in the East of Altia. Its ship designs are very popular, especially the Heavy Freighter SS-HF200 "The Plow King", the Heavy Miner SS-HM200 'The Ore Gobbler' and the Command Ship SF-FA22R 'Overlord'.
At one stage, Sigma had a powerful fleet, Sigma Fleet pledged to it. It was led by Admiral Scarecrow for many CEs. A host of other fleets were pledged to Sigma, including the Sigma Support Fleet, Sigma Strategic Fleet, Sigma Auxiliary Fleet, Sigma Miners Guild and others. The planet Birnax was often also under the Sigma sphere of influence.
While generally a peaceful planet, Sigma and her allies have been involved in a number of wars. The Altian-Raxian Wars had a number of participants from Sigma, while other members joined up with the ARMS to fight for Altia in distant galaxies. Other conflicts such as with Solia, and also the Reginald Invasion have seen Sigma involved in battle.
The current ruler of Sigma for nearly 7000 CEs is Darth Melkor.
